To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging with tags intact.
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products with manufacturing defects or damage during transit are covered.
- Torn or physically damaged items (upon receipt) are eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom made or personalized orders.
- Items sold during clearance sales (unless defective).
- Products used or washed by the customer.
- Items without original tags and packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at theblockbagru@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and clear images of the defect/damage.
- Verification: Our team will review your request and images within 24-48 hours.
- Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (subject to service availability).
- Refund/Exchange: After we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship the exchange item. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
